The despatch of your orchid orders
All orders are sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post. Any delivery date you ask for is therefore subject to the quality of service we receive from Royal Mail. We normally send out items in advance of the requested date, in order to allow the blooms (which are often sent in bud) to open and to "build-in" some extra delivery time. Deliveries on specific dates or at set times are therefore not available under this offer, although most customers have found the service to meet their requirements. In the event of any factors beyond our control that disrupt supply of blooms, we reserve the right to substitute or to suspend delivery until supplies resume, at our sole discretion.

We act as your agents for despatch of items via Royal Mail and place items into their system on your behalf. Once this has been done, this is the full extent of our liabilty regarding delivery. Whilst we will do all we can to investigate should items go astray, we are unable to treat as cancelled orders that go astray in the postal system. It is possible to send items via Special Delivery, at extra cost. This arranagement does not guarantee delivery but does allow for compensation in the event of loss of items in the postal system.
